Payment is to be received no later than close of business 2 days after invoice as our lovely consignors deserve prompt payment, please send online remittance to admin@tullochs.com. Collection within 2 days, or storage fees as per terms and conditions apply.

The wonderful Emporium in our Victorian warehouse 3-7 George St Launceston in the famous Boags Brewery precinct is open 9 am-4.30 pm Thursday & Friday & 9 am -2 pm Saturday for collection. Please ensure you make appropriate arrangements for collection as Tullochs staff are not responsible for loading or securing items.

If you need your items posted, invoices for items need to be paid for before postage costs are calculated, a recalculated invoice will be issued.

We can post items that fit in a 500g post satchel, or if you have something larger we have partnered with Pack and Send Hobart to bring our customers a special discount on their excellent parcel services. Please contact them directly; hobart@packsend.com.au Do make sure you mention that you are a Tullochs customer so you don't miss out!

You are most welcome to organise your own shipping or collection if these options don't suit. Just make sure you let us know who to expect, give them a copy of the paid invoice & let them know that packaging will be their responsibility.

By requesting Tullochs to ship your items you are agreeing to the standard terms and conditions of the shipping service (eg Australia Post or Sendle) and all their disclaimers apply.

Please be aware that if you need to arrange a carrier for items that cannot be posted, packing is the responsibility of your carrier.
